I’m not going to be in the delivery location on delivery day. Do I have to sign for my package?

We ask that you be present for deliveries so you can inspect the package immediately upon arrival. Truck deliveries require a signature at the time of delivery, which is why appointments are made prior to the delivery date. Small parcel shipments normally don't require someone to be present, but we strongly advise you to track your packages so someone can be available to receive it. Maykke will not be held responsible for any missing small parcel packages.
