How to earn and redeem Cash Back rewards

Earn 5% Cash Back when you refer clients, other professionals, or new customers to our site. Whatever the amount of their purchase, we’ll cut you a check for 5% of the total. 

Q: How do I redeem Cash Back rewards?

A: To get your reward*, follow these three easy steps:

1) In the “Refer Client” function, enter name and email of the person(s) you are referring. 

2) Fill out W-9 form here

3) Submit completed form to: support@maykke.com

*Payouts are quarterly with the minimum payout at $20. If your payout is less than that amount per quarter, we will send you a check at the end of the fiscal year for the full amount you earned on referrals. If by year’s end you earn $600 or more in Cash Back rewards, we will send you a 1099 form which you are required by law to file with the IRS.
